We’ll begin with a quiet tea ceremony using a custom herbal blend chosen for your specific energetic needs. As we sip, we’ll explore what you’re carrying, what you’re ready to release, and what you wish to invite in. This conversation creates an intuitive map of your energy, guiding the sound healing that follows.
Your sound healing session will then be tailored to your unique frequency — using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vibration work to rebalance your energy centers, release emotional tension, and restore inner harmony.
Each session is deeply personal, offering space for reflection, renewal, and transformation.
